Half Day or Full Day Courses

Our ESD training courses is intended for all persons who work in an ESD-protected (EPA) area, are responsible for ESD protection or acquire material for an EPA area.

1. Half day training aim is to motivate personnel to use ESD protection equipment in daily work, focusing on:

• Risks of static electricity in the work environment
• Effects of ESD on ESDS components and units
• The basics of ESD protection
• Review of basic ESD protective equipment, e.g. ESD shoes, wristbands, office chairs, gloves, other clothing
• Half day course is aimed for personnel in production

2. Full day training provides further knowledge of EDS protection. The course is aimed for ESD coordinators, personnel responsible for purchases of ESD sensitive devices and quality assurance people:

• Risks of static electricity in the work environment
• Effects of ESD on ESDS components and units
• The basics of ESD protection
• Review of ESD protective equipment
• Optimatization of ESD protection
• Effective methods to protect deliveries againts ESD risks
• Requirements of ESD standards
• Basic ESD measurements according to ESD standards
